My name is Izzy Shaw, in case you hadn't guessed.

I live in the busy market town of Skipton at the foot of the Yorkshire Dales with my husband Steve.

We have two sons Garrath and Matty and a crazy pup named Murphy who is a heal-a-holic. Any healing going on and that dog is hidden under the chair or the healing couch soaking it up.

I have a team of healers,including Steve and Matty, who have been, or are being trained by me. They are a wonderful lot even if they do drive me crazy sometimes.

I have been told that I was born with the ability to heal, which is cool. Over the years I have developed this and used it for many people, animals and places.

I believe that everyone has the ability to heal to some extent and that with training and encouragement anyone can develop their talents.
I love healing and teaching, and helping others to become the best them that they can be.
Wherever their talents take them the journey can be amazing!

I used to be the Northern UK Trainer for The Healers International Network. However since the sad passing of the Chairman and Founder Bill Harrison, last year, T.H.I.N. no longer does any training and is now just a data base of Healers and Therapists. Therefore I now have my own training group named GAIA TRAINING. The standards of the training we give is constantly being reassessed and upgraded

In the last few years I have studied Indian Head Massage, Hypnotherapy, Sound therapy and Crystal Healing to widen my depth of knowledge and the range of therapies I offer. Also I am a Reiki Master, so can teach this.

Along side my healing of humans and animals I also "Heal" teddy bears! I have been a Teddy Bear Restorer for 30 years, having bears (and other cuddly toys) sent to me from all over the world.
