Sound Healing : Using various instruments (i.e. drums, shakers, chimes, Tibetan singing bowls) sound is used , to bring balance to your body, soul and emotions. Sound is also used to help remove blocks and trapped memories and emotions that are still causing you pain and suffering. Indian Head & Shoulder Massage : this treatment can be either relaxing or reviving as required. It can be used to help many conditions including stress, headaches, sinus problems, poor skin condition and many more. It can be done using oil or without. It can even be done at your desk or place of work. Each session usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes.

Journey Therapy: This is an amazing therapy where you are 'taken' down through every level of your emotions to seek and find any area of 'trapped' memory or experience that has been attacking and affecting your life for years. Often we think that we have 'dealt' with these problems and all we have done is to subdue and 'bury' them. This is your chance to exorcise these 'ghosts' in a safe, protected environment and continue your life free of the baggage you have been hauling around for years.This can take anything between 2 and 4hours plus.

Hypnotherapy: For weight problems, help with stopping smoking, eating disorders, conquering phobias, confidence building, sleep problems, stress and more.

Crystal Healing: Using crystals to give healing for many physical, emotional and spiritual problems. The price includes a small charged crystal to take and keep with you to continue the healing process.

Aura Cleansing: Using sound, crystals and aura manipulation, emotional and spiritual debris that we carry around in our aura is removed and the Aura healed to allow you to leave behind past hurt and pain, and to move on in your spiritual growth.

Reiki : this is the Japanese form of spiritual healing. Very relaxing and wonderful for balancing the chakras. A treatment usually lasts between 40 minutes and 1 hour.

Meditation: A meditation session can be for either a group of people or a private session. It can be used to release stress, balance chakras, contact your spirit guides, including finding your spirit animal, to contact angels and more.
Cost £10 for private session. £5 per person for group sessions.
Spirit Rescue. (Yes,Ghost Busting. Ha Ha) This is what most people think of when I say we work with Spirit. This is coming into a house/workplace/building where someone is having problems with lost/trapped Spirits. Items being moved, things that go bump in the night etc. This can be "cleansed".
