Holistic Party Night:  A party at your house where you and your friends will be lead in a guided meditation tailored to your requirements. I will teach you to use crystals for healing and meditation, how to scan and clear  your chakras and I will give each of you either a mini Indian Head Massage or a short Healing/Reiki treatment. I will also bring along a selection of crystals and hand made healing items which can be bought on the night or ordered.

Cost £7.50 per person, which can be taken off the price of your first treatment if booked on the night. A gift for the Hostess/Host. Minimum 4 people maximum 10 people.

 

Stress Busting Party :  A party to deal with stress. Great for the run up to a wedding or pre-exam nerves. A mini Indian Head Massage for each person. You will be taught how to give a quick relaxing massage to each other. You will be shown stress busting techniques that can be used at your desk or while the kids are watching TV. You will also have fun. Parents why not club together and arrange this for your pre-exam teens?
