Adults, children, babies, animals, places, situations.
Each one is written into my book and sent healing at least twice a day.
Each morning on waking I ask my "Lads Upstairs" (my spirit guides) to send healing and protection to each name in my book. Again each evening I ask for the same.
Whenever someone in my book crosses my mind during the day I send healing out to the whole list. However if someone is newly added to the book or is in need of extra help I will stress their need in my requests to Spirit.
Once a name is added to my book they are NEVER removed. Even when they are well again or if they have passed over healing is sent as love and light .
If you have someone or something in SPECIAL need, i.e. a critical illness or after an accident please indicate this as I can pass on the name to all my team and many other Healers around the world also.
